1- Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a Ganash account so that you can start adding your favorite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.

2- I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Simply follow the ‘Forgot your password?’ You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

3-How do I receive an email for updates on new arrival and promotions?

Stay informed of new arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions by subscribing to our newsletter. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.

4-How do I place an order on your site?

Placing an order is easy at Ganash Boutique. Here’s how:

1. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend. 

2. Select the size and color of your item and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under ‘Summary’.

3. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.

4. Enter your address and payment information. Once your purchase is done, you will receive an email with the confirmation and tracking number of your order and tracking company link to easily track your order.

5- Where can I find size & fit advice?

Click on ‘Size Guide’ on the item’s page to view our model sketch. You can easily find the item measurements information in cm for each style.

6- Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order?

We work with (NO CANCELATION NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN POLICIES ) further information on canceling an order can be found in our Return & Refunds Policy.

7- can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel items to an existing order, but we can add items to your order if and only if the order is still not dispatched. Also, you are always welcome to place a new order for any additional pieces. Further information on canceling an order can be found in our Return & Refunds Policy. 

8-Will my details stay safe?

We keep your data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or is needed for legal purposes. For further details, please see the Farfetch Privacy Policy.  

9-How much will I be charged for shipping?

If shipping out of Kuwait, you will be charged 10 KWD for the first item, and 5 KWD for each additional items. If inside Kuwait, the delivery charge is 3 KWD.

10-When will I receive my item, and how can I track delivery?

As soon as the payment has proceeded, you will receive an email within a few days with the tracking number, and a link to the shipping company to easily track your order. 

Delivery approximately takes from 2 days to 1 week. 

11-Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Ganash Boutique is not responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to the shipments you will receive, so you may have to pay some taxes and shipment clearance to your country when receiving the shipment.
